Anyone in the world may enter the One World Photography Contest.  Contestants understand and agree this contest is void where prohibited by law.   The One World Photography Contest is sponsored by Studio 414.   All images submitted must be your own work.   We accept images that have been altered in Photoshop as long as they are your own creation.

Contestants retain all copyrights to their images.  Studio 414 reserves the rights to use the winning images on the www.Studio414contest.com website in the Winner’s Gallery.  All information collected is for the sole purpose of conducting the The One World Photography Contest.  Images will be judged by Studio 414.  
Images must be received by July 13th,  2010 11:59pm CST.  

There is a non-refundable $5.00 U.S. Dollar entry fee per image.  Contestants may enter as many images as they like.   Friends, family, or employees of Studio 414 are not allowed to enter the contest.  Studio 414 reserves the right to cancel the contest and refund entry fees paid if they do receive enough entries to cover the cost of the prizes.  Contestants agree to hold harmless the sponsor (Studio 414) from any damages they might incur from participating in the One World Photography Contest.
 
Prizes: One Grand Prize winner will be awarded a choice between the Canon 5d Mark II or $2,000 U.S. Dollars.  One Person will be awarded $250. for second place.    One person will be awarded $100. for third place.  Prizes will be sent within 4-6 weeks of the Winning Announcement.  Winners will be announced on the website in the winner's gallery at 8pm CT on July 16th, 2010.
